Il giornalista Michael Ausiello, di Entertainment Weekly, ha ottenuto da Rob Thomas qualche notizia sulla trama. Contrariamente a quanto si pensava all’inizio, nel film non vedremo Veronica lavorare per l’FBI, ma verrà ripresa la trama a partire dalla fine della terza stagione, e l’ambientazione sarà, quindi, il college di Neptune. Rob Thomas, infatti, ha dichiarato che intende far tornare tutti i personaggi chiave del telefilm, e questo sarebbe stato impossibile se Veronica avesse lasciato Neptune per entrare nell’FBI. L’autore ha inoltre aggiunto che il mini pilot con la ragazza come agente del governo era stato girato solo come “esercizio di stile” e solo perchè costretti dalla rete, nella (vana) speranza che la serie venisse rinnovata.
Ancora, però, la stesura di una sceneggiatura è in alto mare e quindi potrebbe volerci anche un anno prima di vedere il film nelle sale, le sale americane per lo meno, perchè se e quando e come arriverà qui in Italia è ancora una domanda a cui non si può certo rispondere!

Avviso | Meno male che nelle intenzioni dovrebbero esserci tutti i personaggi principali! Vi immaginate un film su Veronica senza Wallace, Mac o Dick? E soprattutto ovviamente senza Logan? Onestamente a me nn piaceva molto l'idea di un salto avanti nel tempo e di una Veronica nell'FBI....... Speriamo che riescano davvero a realizzarlo e che anche in Italia decidano che vale la pena importarlo e trasmetterlo!!!
